I’m going to share with you guys why I’m drinking 16 ounces of celery juice every morning!
I started about 4 weeks ago and I’m noticing some real changes both physically and mentally. I was inspired by a few of the nutritionists and some other leaders in food science I’ve been following on Instagram. As you guys know by now, I would do pretty much anything for good health.
I recently shared a post on my Instagram account about how my biggest accomplishment for 2018 may have been my relationship with food and my recent blood work that shows how much progress I have made.
Although this Celery juice routine is fairly new for me, I think it may last. I’ve noticed some amazing benefits and feel that the progress made will inspire me to continue on with this morning ritual. As you’ll see in the video (I’ll post a copy above and a below) I have noticed less inflammation, better digestion and less brain fog and fatigue.
